These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the G100 website, platform and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by G100 LLC ("G100", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. G100 is a business communication app that provides a dedicated phone number for making calls, sending SMS and running WhatsApp Business messaging. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may require identity or business verification (KYC) before enabling certain features.
G100 is a business communication app. The Services may include a dedicated phone number, cloud voice calling, SMS and WhatsApp Business messaging, a shared inbox, contacts and analytics, delivered via our website, dashboard and APIs. Certain features rely on third-party carriers and platforms (including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform), and your use of those features is also subject to their applicable policies.
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes, including spam, one-time-password (OTP) abuse, fake-account creation, or any activity that violates carrier or platform rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
G100 is billed on a pay-as-you-use basis from a prepaid wallet: you add funds and your balance is charged at the published rates as you place calls and send messages. There is no mandatory monthly subscription fee; optional plans or committed-volume agreements (for example Enterprise) may be offered separately. Wallet top-ups are prepaid and are consumed as you use the Services, and may include third-party (carrier and platform) costs passed through at cost. Except as required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, fees and prepaid balances are non-refundable. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for amounts due. Current rates are published at g100.us/pricing and in your dashboard, and all amounts are in US dollars (USD).
You retain ownership of the content and data you send through the Services. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your recipients and for complying with applicable communications, marketing and data-protection laws (including anti-spam and do-not-contact rules).
We work to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, G100 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold G100 harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
