How does the wallet work?

Add funds (minimum $5), then your number, WhatsApp, calls and SMS are all deducted from that one balance. Optional auto-recharge keeps you topped up.

Do I need the $10 WhatsApp Cloud API?

Only if you send bulk / marketing WhatsApp messages. For normal, personal WhatsApp you don't need it — your $1.95 number already works with WhatsApp. The $10/month WhatsApp Business Cloud API (the API price on its own) unlocks bulk broadcasts, templates and automation via the official API.

What about Meta's own charges?

WhatsApp uses your own WhatsApp Business account, so any per-message fees Meta charges are billed by Meta directly to your account — separate from your G100 wallet.

Do you offer refunds?

Wallet balance is non-refundable once used — see our Refund Policy. The monthly number and WhatsApp fees are non-refundable once the period starts.
