This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the G100 platform and services provided by G100 LLC ("G100") (the "Services"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. We enforce this AUP to keep G100, our carriers and messaging partners, and the wider ecosystem safe. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
You may only use the Services to communicate with recipients who have consented to be contacted by you, and only for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, telemarketing, and data-protection laws, and with the rules of the carriers and platforms we use (including Meta's WhatsApp Business messaging policies).
You must not use the Services to:
Virtual numbers and messaging identities provided through G100 must be used for genuine business communications by the account holder. They may not be used to circumvent identity verification, to farm accounts, or for any purpose that misrepresents the sender's identity.
We may require identity/business verification (KYC) and may monitor traffic patterns and complaints to detect abuse. We may apply sending limits, hold periods for new accounts, and other controls to protect the platform.
To report suspected abuse, email [email protected]. We investigate reports and may suspend or terminate offending accounts, withhold or reverse related transactions, and cooperate with carriers, platforms and authorities as appropriate.
We may update this AUP as our platform, partners and applicable rules evolve. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the current AUP.
