This Privacy Policy explains how G100 LLC ("G100", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the G100 website and platform — our calls, SMS and WhatsApp Business communication services (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where relevant.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, business email, and identity/business verification details you provide.
• Billing information — processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — messages, call metadata, numbers, logs, device and connection information used to operate and secure the Services.
• Support communications — information you share when contacting us.

2. Mobile app permissions (Android & iOS)

The G100 mobile app requests the following device permissions, used solely to provide calling and messaging features — never for advertising, and never sold:

• Microphone — required to make and receive voice calls. Audio is transmitted only during an active call and is not recorded or stored unless you explicitly turn on call recording.
• Contacts — used, only with your permission, so you can quickly call and message your contacts and see caller names for incoming calls. Contacts are processed to enable these features and are not sold or used for advertising.
• Notifications — to alert you about incoming calls, new messages and account activity.
• Phone / telephony & foreground service — to route calls through the device's calling system (CallKit/ConnectionService) and keep an active call running reliably in the background.
• Network & device information — to establish secure call/message connections and protect your account.

You can grant or revoke any permission at any time in your device settings; some features may stop working if a required permission is denied. We do not use these permissions for any purpose other than delivering the Services.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services;
• To verify identity, prevent fraud and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy;
• To process payments and manage your account;
• To send service, security and billing notifications;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only as needed to run the Services — for example with telecom carriers, messaging platforms (such as Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform), our payment processor, and infrastructure providers, all acting on our behalf or as independent controllers for their part of the service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
