How does the wallet work?

Add funds (minimum $5), then your number, WhatsApp, calls and SMS are all deducted from that one balance. Optional auto-recharge keeps you topped up.

Is WhatsApp really unlimited?

Yes — WhatsApp Business messaging on G100 is unlimited for a flat $10/month, deducted from your wallet. It activates as soon as the $10 is deducted.

*What about Meta's own charges?

WhatsApp uses your own WhatsApp Business account, so any per-message fees Meta charges are billed by Meta directly to your account — separate from your G100 wallet.

Do you offer refunds?

Wallet balance is non-refundable once used — see our Refund Policy. The monthly number and WhatsApp fees are non-refundable once the period starts.
